Awakening of Swadishtana or Solar Plexus Chakra.
When your swadishtan chakra is fully energized, your fear of water diminishes. Your intuitive abilities become heightened. After you have worked with the swadishtan chakra, it's time to embrace the kundalini at the manipuraka chakra, also known as the navel chakra, located directly behind the navel. As mentioned before, the energy of the chakras can be experienced on both the front and back sides.

When your swadishtan chakra is fully activated, your fear of water diminishes, and your intuitive abilities enhance. After mastering swadishtan, it's essential to embrace the kundalini at the manipuraka chakra, also known as the navel chakra, located directly behind the navel. As previously mentioned, the energy from the chakras can be experienced on both the front and back sides. The manipuraka chakra, referred to as the navel chakra from now on, holds significant importance and is associated with the color yellow. Its central position in the body adds to its relevance, as it connects us to our mother through the navel during our time in the womb. The navel chakra is linked to fire and rajo guna, while the previous two chakras are connected to tamo guna, marking the first transformation of guna. In swadishtan, purification occurs through water, whereas here, it is achieved through agni, or fire, which plays a more crucial role in purification. The activation of kundalini in the manipuraka chakra initiates your journey toward spirituality, which is essential for self-realization. To realize the atman, you must traverse the path of spirituality, following the steps outlined earlier to guide the kundalini from swadishtan to manipuraka. The vibrant orange of swadishtan will transition into the yellow of the navel chakra. During meditation on the navel chakra, you will visualize a golden yellow hue surrounding you. As the navel chakra becomes fully activated, you may experience a heightened thirst, reflecting its fiery nature.
You will experience no issues with your digestion. Everything you consume will be processed effectively, as the kundalini activates the digestive fire known as jatharagni. This digestive fire is influenced by the foods and liquids we intake. If you do not eat properly, this jatharagni can create excess heat in your body. It is important not to go without food entirely. You may skip one of your meals—breakfast, lunch, or dinner—but ensure you compensate with fruit juice or dairy products. Engaging in any activity on an empty stomach is not advisable. Once the kundalini reaches this chakra, you will begin to sense the presence of the higher chakras. The kundalini energy will accelerate from this point onward, driven by its desire to unite with the Bindu in the Sahasrara. As you know, the kundalini represents Shakti, while the Bindu symbolizes Shiva. When the kundalini resides in the navel chakra, its gravitational pull is diminished, preventing it from returning to the base chakra without your assistance. A well-activated navel chakra ensures you will not suffer from any abdominal ailments. You will be able to withstand the intensity of agni to a significant degree. You may have heard of fire walking; it is indeed possible to walk on live coals without fear. I personally took on this challenge and walked across burning coals for the first time. Large logs were ignited, creating towering flames. Once the flames subsided, the logs were broken into smaller pieces, and I was instructed to walk over them. I was initially terrified at the sight of the fire stretching over 15 feet. However, after meditating on my navel chakra for a moment, I walked across the fire with ease. Such abilities typically emerge when a chakra linked to a specific element is fully activated.
You start to experience the comforting embrace of love, which is associated with the heart chakra, the next chakra above the navel chakra. You are making significant progress on your spiritual journey. It's important to remember to guide the kundalini back to her rightful place.
