Awareness and Kundalini Energy.

The human mind develops and matures over time, which is why we often find ourselves wiser in our later years. This mental growth is largely influenced by the amount of cosmic energy we can harness from the universe. Cosmic energy, the fundamental energy of the cosmos, is intertwined with the life force present on Earth. For instance, when you stand beneath a tree during the day, you feel more invigorated due to the oxygen released by the tree.

The human mind develops and matures over time, which is why we often find ourselves wiser in our later years. The evolution of our mental faculties largely hinges on the amount of cosmic energy we can harness from the universe. This cosmic energy, the essence of the cosmos, is intertwined with the life energy present on Earth. For instance, when you stand beneath a tree during the day, you feel invigorated due to the oxygen released by the tree. Cosmic energy is pure and untainted, which is why it is said to be enhanced by the Earth's energies. The exploration of the mind, brain, and consciousness is primarily the domain of scientists dedicated to uncovering their complexities. From our perspective, a fundamental understanding of these concepts is sufficient. This foundational knowledge is crucial, as the kundalini interacts with all three elements—mind, brain, and body. Scientists generally concur that these three components work together as a cohesive unit. Awareness arises from the interplay of this trio; without their collaboration, action is impossible. It is a reciprocal relationship between the body and the combined forces of the mind and brain. Maintaining the health of these three aspects is within our control. Among them, the mind is the most powerful yet intangible. We can keep the body clean through physical activities like bathing, while the mind requires us to manage our thoughts, and the brain benefits from abstaining from intoxicants.

Scientists generally remain skeptical about kundalini, and those who have experienced it often resist examining it through a scientific lens. This skepticism contributes to the reluctance many feel in accepting the notion that kundalini meditation can lead to extraordinary abilities, despite numerous yogis demonstrating its effects. Such practitioners still exist today. The movement of kundalini is intricately linked to one's consciousness. But what do we mean by consciousness? It refers to your state of awareness when you are fully conscious. Awareness itself is a fundamental or undifferentiated state of consciousness. The senses are the source of awareness; through the actions of our sensory organs, we acquire knowledge, which in turn fosters intellect, leading to awareness, and ultimately giving rise to consciousness. Awareness can only occur when something is perceived through the senses. If something is not sensed, it becomes mere visualization—an attempt to conceive of something unknown. While creating awareness of a tangible object is relatively straightforward, visualizing something that does not exist poses a challenge due to the lack of prior knowledge. However, we can develop this ability through mental training. Thus, the mind plays a crucial role in kundalini meditation. When the mind is effectively trained and prepared, it becomes a tamed mind. A tamed mind possesses the potential to evolve into a well-conscious mind. A well-conscious mind, combined with an awakened kundalini, holds the power to create.
