How Kundalini and Meditation work together
Kundalini represents a powerful, subtle force of prana, often referred to as life energy or vital energy. This energy is intricately connected to our brain and nervous system. The chakras, along with the ida and pingala channels and the sushumna, play significant roles in this system. Prana is drawn in through our left and right nostrils; inhaling through the right nostril allows prana to flow through the pingala channel, generating warmth in the body. Conversely, inhaling through the left nostril channels prana through the ida, which cools the body. The ida and pingala operate in an alternating manner, helping to maintain a stable body temperature of 98.4 degrees Celsius. Disruptions in the balance of ida and pingala can lead to illnesses such as fever or colds.

Kundalini represents a powerful, subtle force of prana, often referred to as life energy or vital energy. This energy is intricately connected to our brain and nervous system. The chakras, along with the ida and pingala nadis and the sushumna, play significant roles in this system. Prana is inhaled through both nostrils; when it enters through the right nostril, it flows through the pingala, warming the body. Conversely, inhalation through the left nostril allows prana to enter via the ida, cooling the body. The ida and pingala operate in an alternating manner, maintaining a stable body temperature of 98.4 degrees Celsius. Disruptions in their functioning can lead to illnesses such as fever or colds. Oxygen is the primary component of prana. Spending at least 20 minutes in an oxygen chamber can noticeably enhance your breathing, allowing oxygen to invigorate your nervous system. For those practicing kundalini meditation, the energy can be felt above the ajna chakra. Meditating beneath a large tree during the day can increase your oxygen intake. Despite this knowledge, many fail to apply it in practice. Mastery of the mind and willpower are crucial for effective kundalini meditation. The initial step involves basic meditation, requiring significant time investment until you reach a focused state. As you progress, you will become aware of subtle changes within your body. Committing to Kundalini Meditation will prepare your nervous system, aligning your bodily functions to receive divine energy, ultimately purifying your blood, digestive, and nervous systems.
If you believe that you can harness this divine energy to go against the laws of Nature, you will find it impossible to reach your objectives. Countless individuals are currently engaging in Kundalini meditation without achieving any results. Your success is entirely contingent upon your intentions regarding the divine energy. God is aware of your plans in advance, as your karmic record is kept by Him. Additionally, your lifestyle influences your practice of Kundalini meditation. It is essential to be compassionate and considerate towards humanity as a whole, transcending religious boundaries. God has not established any specific religion; there is no distinction between you and anyone else. Hatred, anger, and greed are your greatest adversaries. Consuming meat and pork is detrimental, and the use of alcohol, drugs, and tobacco poses significant risks, potentially leading to nervous breakdowns. This is primarily due to their negative impact on the nervous system, which is closely linked to Kundalini meditation. While I do not wish to overemphasize the importance of yogic practices, maintaining a flexible body is beneficial. Simple stretching exercises will suffice. Taking a good walk can be extremely beneficial. After completing your Kundalini meditation, it is advisable to lie flat for a few minutes. If the Kundalini has not yet descended, this position will facilitate its proper descent. It is crucial to conclude your Kundalini meditation by ensuring that the energy is returned to its source. As you advance in your practice, you may experience louder sounds, musical notes, the sound of a conch, and the beating of drums, along with bright, colorful lights resembling fireworks. These phenomena are part of the Kundalini experience and should be disregarded. You might notice a decrease in appetite, so it’s important to consume healthy meals without long intervals. Staying hydrated with plenty of water or fruit juices is essential, as you may experience dryness in your mouth. Be aware that you might face health issues that are not easily identifiable by a qualified doctor.
If you suspect that you are experiencing kundalini syndrome, it is crucial to stop your kundalini meditation immediately. Seek guidance from your Guru, a master, or someone who has firsthand experience with kundalini. Finding someone with comprehensive knowledge of kundalini is quite rare. You may not fully appreciate the significance of having a master until you face health challenges. Once kundalini syndrome manifests, any inappropriate treatment can worsen your condition. Inform your physician about your kundalini meditation practice if you choose to consult them. Avoid practicing kundalini meditation while under the influence of any medications.
